We are looking forward to welcoming you at IV All-Russian Research and Practical Conference with international participation «BRACHYTHERAPY IN COMPLEX TREATMENT OF CANCER DIFFERENT LOCALIZATIONS”.

According to Order No. 99 of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation dated March 7, 2017, the Conference will be held on December 6 to 7, 2018 in Russian Scientific Center of Roentgenoradiology (Federal State Budgetary Institution “Russian Scientific Center of Roentgenoradiology” of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation).

The Conference will be devoted to the issues of interstitial radiation therapy in urological and gynecological oncology as well as in the treatment of oropharyngeal tumors.

Brachytherapy (interstitial radiation therapy) meets the requirements to contemporary radiation therapy: high efficacy and good toxicity profile, high technology, good tolerability, cost effectiveness and personalized approach to patients.

Main goal of the Conference is to improve knowledge of practitioners specialized in important fields of oncology including urologists, gynecologists, proctologists, mammologists, radiologists, oncologists, radiation diagnosticians and medical physicists, and to familiarize them with the latest achievements in science and practice using the method of interstitial radiation therapy (brachytherapy) for the treatment of malignant tumors.
